There is no food and beverage minimum spending amount $ (and our flexible bar options put your needs and wishes first.)

Parking is ample, FREE, off-street, and surveilled!

The Brightside allows you to use any licensed and insured caterer or food truck. You can also use any wedding vendor that you want!

Since our calendar gets so full we can offer bar only, loft only, or bar/loft combo events less than 90 days in advance. Typically these openings fall Sunday - Thursday, but you can check availability on our Music & Event Calendar HERE.

Blank Canvas The Brightside is a unique space in the sense that you can easily enjoy it as is, or you can deck us all out. It’s all up to you and the space looks great either way!
Other Important Pricing & Booking Details
We require a $1m event insurance policy with The Brightside listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - approx. $300, and can be found HERE
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your contract rated and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)
The Brightside has no hidden fees. The only other fees that can occur (based upon the type of event you’re planning) are chair setup ($2 per chair), or a ballroom room flip from ceremony to reception. Also, if you have a large guest list or planning a cocktail-only reception extra bar staffing. We will help you determine the staffing level that will work best.

We chose The Brightside for its value. It’s a gorgeous space and it was thousands of dollars cheaper than any comparable venue we looked at. It was also nice having the freedom to choose our own vendors. The ballroom is stunning. It takes next to nothing to get this place wedding-ready! It was also great having designated areas for getting ready as well as so many beautiful spots on the property for photos! We couldn't have asked for a better venue and would recommend The Brightside to anyone looking to get married or host an event. It's an amazing space run by amazing people!
