Brightside Add-On Decor

You might have fallen in love with some of the looks that were created during our open houses or photoshoots, but don’t have the budget for the custom designs created by decor vendors. So by popular demand, we have created some budget-friendly Brightside alternatives for when you want to add a little extra pizzazz to your event without breaking the bank!

All of these options can easily be added in your Brightside Online Planner! All prices include installation by Brightside staff.

 

First up, Ballroom Add-Ons!

Ballroom Sheer Rafter Drape

Brightside staff will install 6 panels of Sheer White Rafter Drape, which you can also add LED uplighting to each panel for an added touch (looks really pretty for weddings near sunset). This adds a light and airy romantic look to the loft.

  • White Sheer Drapes $75 each or 6 for $400

  • Black Sheer Drapes $75 each (only 4 available)

  • LED Uplights 6 for $200 (If you rent them once, you can use them in ceremony and ballroom both. It will just be up to you to move them down into the ballroom). LED Lights can be set Bright White (slight pink cast), Amber White (warm/antique cast…as seen in photos below), Pink, or Light Blue. Additional colors are available to match your theme. Just let us know your color preference!

Please note that if you’re at (or near) full occupancy with your guest list, there will not be room in your floor plan to add these drapes.

White & Crystal Chandeliers

These classic chandeliers plug into the spaces where our champagne drum lights normally hang in the ballroom. Our staff will place them based upon the quantity you select and your overall floor plan. They cast a soft warm light creating a romantic feel in the ballroom.

Rattan Lighting Fixture Installation

If you’re going for a more natural or boho design, these beautiful rattan lanterns are for you ! Artfully hung at varying heights mixed with uniquely-shaped Edison bulbs from a vintage ladder, we’ve added silk greenery to hid the electrical cords while adding to the natural look.

Multi-Color Silk Lantern Installation

This eye-catching display of colorful lanterns adds a pop of color and interest to the ballroom. They’re arranged in varying heights.

$795 (One Available)

Lantern colors are as shown. No substitutions.

Shown suspended in the middle of the ballroom. In case you’re wondering about the floor…that is a floor wrap. Designed, printed, and installed by Digital Fringe.

 

Large Paper Stars

Why not dance the night away under the stars? These large paper stars can be hung with or without lighting. The lighting included is a soft warm-white light and adds a soft glow to your space. These can be hung in a variety of ways from the ceiling, over chalk walls, or over ballroom or loft pipe-and-drape hardware. Can be used in the ballroom, bar or loft.
